Frequently Asked Questions

01

What makes you different from other practices offering the same service?

Our mission is to bridge the gap between patients and healthcare, making high
quality, in person service more accessible than ever.
As parents and busy professionals ourselves, we understand how a busy lifestyle
can push self care to the bottom of our priority list. Time off work or away from
children can be a precious commodity, but we ease the burden of a time
sensitive schedule with our concierge offering.
There is no need to step away from your home or office, (or worry about travel
time, traffic, and waiting rooms!) when our team of licensed medical and
healthcare professionals offer our high level of care and expertise; where ever
you may be!

03

When will I see results?

You will notice an improvement immediately, often symptoms will begin toalleviate within the first 10 minutes of infusion.

05

How long will results last?

Most will benefit from therapy for 7 days, although the majority of our clients report benefits lasting much longer!

02

What are the benefits?

Whether you’re looking for a quick boost or a long term plan, we have options to
support your goals! IV therapy provides immediate relief for dehydration, pain,
fatigue, and mood.
Many clients and healthcare professionals utilize IV hydration as a first line
remedy for conditions like gastrointestinal issues, hangover, migraine, nausea,
and many more.
See the vitamin index for additional benefits.

04

Why should I choose an injection over an OTC (over the counter) supplement?

Injections have better bioavailability than oral supplements as they bypass the
digestive system completely, providing a direct supply into the bloodstream to
fuel your body and provide results that last much longer. Oral supplements might
work for some, however, as we age, our ability to break down oral supplements
often decreases.
Replacing fluids and nutrition directly into the bloodstream gets you feeling like
yourself again, fast!

06

Can you help me decide which service would best suit my needs?

Absolutely! Reach out to us to discuss your goals, current problems or
symptoms, we can help you select the best option to get you feeling amazing!

07

Please explain the procedure and how long it will take?

A licensed healthcare provider will perform an assessment, review your medical history including allergies and current medications, and check vital signs. During a consultation, recommendations for a service program will be made. Then a video consultation with a physician will occur (see medical consult for more info). During an IV infusion a small and flexible plastic catheter will be inserted into a
vein. You will receive normal saline or lactated ringers infused with your selected vitamin blend. Catheter insertion is quick and easy with minimal discomfort. The infusion will last approximately 1 hour. During a vitamin shot, a small needle will be used to deliver vitamins directly into
the muscle of your upper arm, thigh, or glute. This procedure lasts a few seconds, although your total appointment time may be approximately 20 minutes to include vital signs and updating your medical record if necessary.

09

I’m a professional athlete- will vitamin therapy disqualify me?

We serve many athletes who report improved performance after their session!
In most cases our full offering is allowed. We do not offer banned substances. If
you are under strict guidelines it is best to consult your contract to ensure
compliance. Please reach out to us if you still have questions!
