Dr. Joseph Palumbo, D.O.

I started out in medicine at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pa.  While in Erie, I also completed my Emergency Medicine residency at UPMC Hamot Medical Center in 2010.  From there, I have been a traveling ER physician to date.  
 
I have also enjoyed the practice of aesthetics.  I am a licensed botox and medical fillers physician.  For the past 8 years I have serviced different areas of Ohio with their aesthetic needs. I have procured the medical licenses in all the states in the US.  With that being said, I can provide medical care in any aspect above in any state of the US.
Telemedicine is an amazing part of the ever-changing landscape of what medicine can offer and do for a patient. I look forward to helping you as a patient improve your health and wellness.
Dr. Lindsey Urbatchka

Our pharmacist, Dr. Lindsey Urbatchka has over a decade of experience in specialty pharmacy. As a compounding pharmacist she transforms fatigue, analyzes hormones, gut and thyroid health on a daily basis.
Lindsey Urbatchka graduated with her doctorate in pharmacy from the University of Kansas in 2008 and has a background in specialty and compounding pharmacy.
Her background includes: hormone replacement therapy, fertility, thyroid, infectious disease, pediatrics, immunology, pain, hair loss, GI health, autoimmune, transplant, oncology, ophthalmology, HIV, HCV, Controlled substance addiction rehab.
After having her son in 2017, Lindsey went back to work and as all of us do, taxed her adrenals. Lack of sleep and rest, working full time, while caring for an infant took its toll. By spring of 2018, she had crashed her adrenals and her immune system. She was constantly fighting infections and just trying to stay awake during the day. She reactivated her mono-virus, aka Epstein Barr. Her doctors didn’t know what to do with her. As a pharmacist, she had access to multiple providers to help her support her body on its way to recover. Although she had many opinions, it was through gut and adrenal support, micronutrient replacement, and hormone replacement therapy, Lindsey was able to regain her old self and health.

Angela began her career in healthcare at the age of 19 when she gained employment as a PCT in a local emergency department. In 2011 she graduated from Niagara County Community College with an Associate’s of Applied Science in Nursing, and in 2014 she completed her Bachelor of Nursing degree.

After spending many years in various critical care Charge Nurse roles (including emergency and intensive care nursing), she served as Director of the Emergency Department and Respiratory Therapy.

During her time as a bedside nurse, she often found patients presenting with debilitating conditions that could have been prevented through a focus on nutritional balance and lifestyle habit changes.
​
Her mission is to facilitate an alternative to traditional sick care through the lens of focus on prevention and restoration of nutritional balance.
